Vehicle Impound Information

If your vehicle has been impounded by police in the Orion, Oxford, Addison Township areas, or has been taken from a private lot displaying our signs. Please call 248-693-9375 for information reguarding the status of your vehicle.

We realize that getting your vehicle impounded is a troubling experience. Your vehicle may have been impounded for a variety of reasons, please keep in mind that we are obligated to remove vehicles requested by the police and property owners. Our job is to get your vehicle to our lot safely and keep it secure. We do this with all the same care we give to our regular customers.

In most cases the owner of an impounded vehicle will have to provide a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, vehicle registration, and must pay any fees associated with your vehicle. You may also need to contact the police to obtain a release. Not all vehicles can be released immediatley, please call us to verify the situation reguarding your specific vehicle. We DO NOT accept personal checks as payment.

Many people do not understand the costs involved in having a wrecker fleet on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With fuel and insurance costs skyrocketing, it is more expensive than ever to provide our services. Unfortunetly it is the vehicle owners who are responsible for paying for this service. It may have not been your fault, you may not feel you should have to pay, but in the end you are responsible for your own vehicle, and the charges required to release it.
